Our Luxury Matte Lip Crème has a hot pink with blue pigment with a velvety high-fashion matte finish which envelops lips in rich, long wearing color. It applies as a creamy liquid but after a few minutes it dries to an ultra comfortable matte finish.

HOW TO USE:
Exfoliate lips before use. Avoid oily/greasy foods. Apply Pink & Pampered Velvet Matte Lip Crème with the soft wand applicator included in the tube. For a more precise application, line the outside of your lips first, then fill them in. The high-pigmented formula will glide on creamy and set to a smooth matte finish.
