Company Policy & Procedures
Cancellations, Refunds & Company Policies
Deposits & Payments
All deposits and retainers are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once an appointment, class, or event date is confirmed.
Deposits secure your time, materials, and preparation, and are applied toward the total balance on the day of service. Payments made are considered a commitment to the agreed date and terms.
Cancellations (Appointments & Parties)
Cancellations made 14 or more days in advance may be eligible for a partial refund or reschedule credit, solely at the company’s discretion.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled service forfeit all deposits and payments due to the loss of reserved time and pre-purchased materials.
Packages cannot be downsized, modified, or transferred within 14 days of the service or event date.
Weddings & Event Services
All wedding and group event retainers are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
Due to the extensive preparation, scheduling, and travel coordination involved, no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 90 days prior to the event date.
If the client fails to provide accurate headcount or payment on schedule, the company reserves the right to release the booking without refund.
Last-Minute Cancellations, No-Shows & Custom Orders
Any cancellation, reschedule, or missed appointment made within 72 hours of the scheduled service will result in 100% of the total balance being due immediately.
Custom orders or personalized services (including wigs, makeup kits, press-ons, or digital designs) are final sale once materials have been ordered or work has begun.
Refunds (If Approved)
Refunds, if granted, are done strictly at the company’s discretion and will be considered final settlement of all matters related to that booking.
Once a refund (partial or full) is issued, no additional compensation, claims, or chargebacks may be filed.
By accepting a refund, the client agrees that the matter is fully resolved.
Chargebacks & Legal Disclaimer
Any chargeback or payment dispute filed after receiving services, products, or a discretionary refund will be treated as a breach of agreement.
The company reserves the right to pursue legal recovery, administrative fees, attorney’s fees, and lost wages associated with false or unauthorized claims.
Classes & Education
All sales for classes, trainings, and digital materials (including ebooks, kits, or recordings) are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
Seats are reserved per individual and cannot be reassigned, shared, or rescheduled once confirmed.
Product Returns & Refunds (Cosmetics, Apparel & Skincare)
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, all sales of cosmetics, lashes, skincare, and beauty tools are final.
Products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, used, or removed from original packaging.
For apparel and branded merchandise, returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective and the company is notified within 3 business days of delivery.
To qualify for replacement or credit:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Photo proof of the damage or defect must be submitted for review.
The company reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet these conditions.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless an error was made by the company.
Final Policy Statement
By submitting a payment, deposit, or purchase, the client acknowledges full understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
All policies are designed to protect the integrity of the artist’s time, materials, and business operations.
